FEEL THE DIFFERENCE

What Separates Us from Other Digital Distributers

“There are a few ‘do-it-yourself’ distribution outlets, but due to their limited reach, repetitive fees, and the lack of customer service, the artists get frustrated pretty quickly. Although we are selective who we choose to distribute, we do help propel our artists by the use of our outlets to get them the maximum reach”, says Co-Founder/Chief Music Officer Rob Schwartz.

DISTRIBUTION PROCESS

ACX1 Distribution is very different from companies like Tunecore, CD Baby, and Distrokid. These “Do-It-Yourself” solutions are great if you have no better options and have no interests from a larger distributor like us. While the “Do-It-Yourself” companies pick up basically every project, no matter the quality, we actually listen to our submissions and are selective of which projects we want to be associated with our brands. We do not base our selection based off of your budget like other major distributors, but we do have 3 main features that determine if we are willing to work with you. If selected, we will contact you and work on the next step. We do not advertise our company. Majority of our clients are referrals and repeat customers. We have an impeccable reputation and work very hard with our clients to maintain that.

ACX1 Music Distribution is created by Rob Schwartz, Co-Founder and Chief Music Officer of ACX1 Studios. It is distributed through Grammy Award Winning WHO?MAG Distribution. Rob also owns the three music networks iFame TV, WHO?MAG Multimedia, and Video Vision TV. Rob also owns the music industry leading TV programs WHO?MAG TV, DMTV, and Video Vision.
Rob was first introduced into the professional music industry through music distribution at PolyGram Records at ILS Distribution. There he helped distribute Jay-Z’s first single (“In My Lifetime”), Doug E. Fresh (I-Ight), Gang Starr, Jeru the Damaja, Beenie Man, Group Home, and many other titles. After working with many independent artists to help grow their exposure through his TV networks and showcases, Rob took his distribution knowledge to help create WHO?MAG Distribution to help launch a new platform for independent artist who wanted a major artist reach.
Rob launched WHO?MAG Distribution in 2010 with one of his first releases being “The Just-Ice & KRS-ONE EP Vol. 1”. Over 14 years later, WHO?MAG Distribution now has over 1,000 artists including a Grammy Award Winning Album, multiple #1 Billboard Albums, and 300 sub-labels under his brand.
